Need to return your electric fireplace?
Valuxhome wants you to love your new electric fireplace, but we also want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. Any product purchased through Valuxhome will be subject to our return policy, as detailed below.
We accept returns of defective products within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned unused, unassembled and in their original packaging.
Upon receipt of the return, the returned item will be inspected and a refund will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the return.
We only accept returns for purchases made directly through our website. If you were purchased through. Authorized Reseller, please contact them directly.
Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable and we do charge a restocking fee for any returned products. Return shipping charges may vary, depending on the shipping company selected. The customer is responsible for arranging return shipping and paying any charges.
It may be happened that damage due to shipping/delivery or missing items or shipping/delivery errors. Please contact us.
If you receive a damaged, incomplete or replacement part for your order, please contact Valuxhome's customer service at 302-887-0290 within three days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.
