Valuxhome offers free shipping and ships online orders within the continental U.S. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska and P.O. Boxes.

Our Electric Fireplaces are shipped mainly via FEDEX Ground service. If you would like priority shipping, please email us (velay@velayhome.com) to request a quote.

These deliveries may be left when you are not home.  Valuxhome is responsible for the delivery only to the point that the Fireplace is dropped off, so please be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue.

Please note that if your new electric fireplace has already been shipped and needs to be delivered to a different address (whether you simply need to change the location or have made an error in providing your address), there will be a additional recall fee.
